JOB DETAILS: The Uganda Cancer Institute is mandated by me UCI Act of 2016 to undertake cancer care, research and training. The UCI is also the designated EastAfrica Regional Centre of Excellence in Cancer Care, Research and Training. The Institute officer’s comprehensive cancer care for screening, diagnosis, policy, care, research and training with all treatment modalities. In a bid to improve the services offered to Ugandans, UCI is expanding its radiotherapy facility having acquired additional two radiotherapy machines. Through its external sourcing strategies, Uganda cancer Institute has planned to fill selected vacant posts to strengthen its human resource capacity by bringing on board professional, dynamic, self-motivated staff to complement its current manpower to efficiently and effectively contribute to its mandate.
