Job Description

JOB DETAILS: Stores Assistant Key Competencies & Responsibilities: Qualifications and Experience: The applicable candidate must have the following qualifications, experience and skills: • Diploma in Procurement and Supply or Purchasing and Logistics • At least 2 years’ experience as a Store Assistant • Ability to multi-task; work under pressure; good customer care • Competent IT skills • A mature and practicing Christian who upholds the University’s Core values and Instruments of Identity Key Competencies & Responsibilities: • Track deliveries • Oversee inventory/storage of products • Coordinate regular inventory audits • Maintain up to date store records • Prepare reports on purchases, pricing, stock, and issuance • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking of running out-of-stock • Any other official duties that may assign be assigned by the supervisor
