Senior Compliance Officer at Brac Uganda bank Ltd

JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer. Reports to: Compliance Manager. Purpose: Provide support, coordination, oversight and control of the effective compliance risk functions within BRAC Uganda Bank including but not limited to internal operational controls, maintaining and exceeding established deadlines and quality standards that assure efficient and productive compliance operations.. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Law related studies
• Attention to detail and accuracy with good critical thinking and problem solving skills
•  Good communication presentation skills
• Ability to read and understand technical language
• Ability to relate effectively across different levels of authority.
•  3 years’ experience in a financial Institution/ similar industry.
• Compliance/ any risk based certification is added advantage.
