The overall job purpose: Appraisal of loans. Key duties/responsibilities: • Appraising and approving loans for payment. • Ensure compliance of loans before approval. • Ensuring loans are paid within 24 hours. Required Qualifications and Work Experience: • Degree in a relevant field. • At least two (2) years in a similar position in a Financial Institution dealing in secured loans. • Computer knowledge. • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills. • Excellent numerical and analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
