Job application procedure Applications are invited from competent Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts that exist in Sembabule District Local Government. Application forms (PSC Form 3 and ESC Form for Education department) can be obtained from the following offices: Public Service Commission, Secretaries District Service Commission country wide or website www.psc.go.ug.
