JOB DETAILS: Vacancy No.JLlCU/A.02/10/2019 Title: Agency Officer Reporting to: Sales Manager-Upcountry Employment basis: 1 year renewable contract Deadline: 11th Oct, 2019 No. of positions to be filled: 4 Department: Sales Location: Mbale, Mbarara,Arua and Hoima Probation: 3 months Job summary: Jubilee Life Insurance Company of Uganda (JLICU) seeks to recruit potential candidates for the position of Agency Officers to be based at our agency offices in the locations. . The core function of this role will be to; • Undertake all business development activities to ensure that the set sales targets are achieved. • Recruit, develop and manage sales teams as will be guided by the sales manager and undertake any other responsibilities as will be guided from time to time. Requirements • The preferred candidate should be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent. • At least 2-years of experience in sales. • Experience in life insurance sales or financial services will be of an added advantage. • Excellent communication skills • Exceptional Interpersonal and business relationship skills • Strong Analytical and management skills is a must.
