Overview Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Limited (CiplaQCIL) is East Africa’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer and one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The Company manufactures antiretrovirals, artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTS) and, Hepatitis medicines, to treat HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Hepatitis respectively. CiplaQCIL is looking for professionally confident, self-motivated individuals, who are also committed team players to reinforce its capacity by filling the following vacant positions: Job title: 3 Stores Officer Reports to the Stores/Warehouse Lead Duties & Responsibilities: • Dispensing of raw and packaging materials • Receiving, receipting, storing, issuance and dispensing of raw materials, miscellaneous items and packing materials • Developing and maintaining accurate written procedures for inventory control processes and functions for spares and consumables • Dispatching of finished goods • Making purchase requisitions for all spares and consumables Monitoring stock levels for spares and consumables to prevent undue stock-outs • Monitoring housekeeping and maintaining of maximum hygiene and environmental standards • Maintaining daily records making all documentations related to qualifications, SOPs, validations, GRNs etc • Maintaining and following proper labelling procedures • Making daily transactions in SAP system • Participating in investigation of deviations, risk management, CAPA and root cause analysis Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Science Technology, Industrial Chemistry • Certificate in Stores Management • Minimum of two (02) years demonstrable experience preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup • Advanced computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Access, Outlook, SAP) is desirable
