Responsibilities: • Processing candidates • Proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format Specifically for Musaned Officer — processing candidates through approval procedure for countries like Saudi Arabia and which the Ugandan government has an agreement Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with minimum 5 year’s experience • Labor Relations certification (advantageous) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Knowledgeable with employment legislation • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Conflict management and decision-making skills Job Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Experience Requirements: 5 year’s Work Hours: 8
