JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Branch Operations Manager. Reports to: Branch Manager. Purpose: Directing, supervising and monitoring all operational activities, and implementation of approved policies and procedures.. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree
• Should have strong managerial and interpersonal skills coupled with crisis management and decision making skills in order to handle field operations
• Good knowledge of operations
• At least 03 years of working as a supervisor in a financial institution
