JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Branch Manager. Reports to: Divisional Manager. Purpose: To ensure the smooth running of the branch, guides and plays a major role in coordinating with other Departments at field level and support units at Head Office. Branch Manager primarily focuses on business growth, problem solving, crisis management and organization development rather than operational issues.. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills coupled with analytical and soft skills and should be able to handle field operations and business planning.
•  Should have experience in credit management
• At least 07+ years’ experience in a financial institution.
