Registration Certificates, Annual Practicing Licenses where applicable attached plus three recent passport size photos be submitted to the Secretary, District Service Commission Nakasongola, P.O. Box 1, Nakasongola, Uganda. Closing date is 15 April 2021. Application PSC Form 3 (PSF revised 2008) is obtained from secretaries District Service Commission all over the country and Public Service Commission, Kampala located at Farmers House 2nd floor or Public Service website.
